I found one annoying bug with Reaper V4.62 (32bit)/Windows 8.1 (64bit).
Open Bazille (2370) VST 32-bit.
Select one patch from a list of presets
Close Bazille
Open Bazille again
Click the next preset arrow in Bazille (">")
Bazille starts with the first preset of the list, not the next one.
It doesnt matter if Patches page is open or not.
Bug was also reproduced in Ableton 9.1 and Studio One 2.6.2.
Edit: same goes for ACE 1.3.
Diva & Zebra behave as I would expect.

I don't know if it's been reported, sorry, I don't want to read the entire thread, but, the fx on/off buttons are not working correctly for me in Ableton. If I click on them, they light, but go out when I release the mouse button. Every once in a while, a click seems to lock them on/off.

Next time I'll read the manual first. Thanks, I get it, single click and drag changes the order. I guess then instead of reporting a bug, I'm just going to complain about what I think is bad U/I design. Why not just put bypass buttons on each effect? Ordering is probably best handled by just moving the effects, but barring that, perhaps something that represents signal flow more clearly?legreg6 wrote:Double clickghettosynth wrote:I don't know if it's been reported, sorry, I don't want to read the entire thread, but, the fx on/off buttons are not working correctly for me in Ableton. It's not that big of a deal to me, I tend not to use effects in patches for the most part, but, the current implementation felt like a bug. I can't think of any other synth that requires a double click on an element that looks something like a button.

Complaints about U/I aside, I feel like I'm doing this thing a bit of a disservice because I can't seem to stop creating one oscillator bass patches with the thing. It is, without a doubt, my new favorite bass synth.

hi
i bought this the other day and i just cant believe how great it is. nice work. one thing i thought would be cool is to have preset patterns for the sequencer that you can dial up and edit as needed. a 'random' function for this would be pretty rad too! (a 'random' function for the whole thing would be even better! ha)

I have a patch using delay with quite a high feedback and I've noticed that the delay taps do not stay in time with my track - they are slightly ahead. Has anyone else come across this?

It's not a bug, it wasn't designed to be like that... it's simply unfinishedghettosynth wrote:I tend not to use effects in patches for the most part, but, the current implementation felt like a bug. Bazille is sometimes not producing any sound for me. My project has 2 instances of Bazille, usually they both stop producing sound after a few minutes, sometimes an hour or more, but they always go silent both at the same time. The oscilloscope still shows the moving waveform, but no sound comes out. Does anyone else experience this, or just me?

Bazille is a monster bass synth... I love that you can really push the sound with complex modulations and still get great low end.ghettosynth wrote:Complaints about U/I aside, I feel like I'm doing this thing a bit of a disservice because I can't seem to stop creating one oscillator bass patches with the thing. Please save the preset after it happens and send it to us -> support at u-he dot com with the same description.wandering aardvark wrote:Bazille is sometimes not producing any sound for me. It might just be an accidental MIDI Learn or some cable connection that we haven't thought of.

Well, now that I've read the manual cover to cover, I have learned that reading the manual wouldn't have helped because the manual doesn't say to double click.Howard wrote:It's not a bug, it wasn't designed to be like that... it's simply unfinishedghettosynth wrote:I tend not to use effects in patches for the most part, but, the current implementation felt like a bug. Ah well, more bass patches and mapping detuned pads. I think that I'm supposed to be creating nasty sounding patches, but I can't stop with the PD smoothness. Oh well.

Great synth! It's so much fun to play with it.
One annoying thing at the moment is the step sequencer -not really the sequencer itself, it's well done-, because the copy and paste function doesn't work for me. It's very laborious to set the steps for every pattern by hand. Is it work in progress or should it work already?
