Anyone having any issues with Native Instruments? Purchased a download product a little while back. Got all the confirmations except the SERIAL. No reply from NI for days (as usual). No SERIAL in emails, account or Native Access.

Does anyone know if it is possible to just cancel my loopcloud subscription and then immediatly subscribe again with a promo code? Should be fine I guess? Or is there any downside?

Cancelling probably won't immediately end your subscription, so you'd have to wait until the end of the last period you paid for, after which time the promo code may no longer be valid. You could try though.

When you add the voucher the price drops to 59.50€ which is the lowest I’ve seen to date including all resellers!)

Rx 7 Standard seems to work pretty well---is there really any compelling reason to upgrade to Rx 10? I'd imagine the voice / music isolation is significantly better but there are other services I can use for that.

I still have Kontakt 6 (not komplete) and it works for me. I don’t know if they made significant changes to the new version. I can get it for $49,50 now but I don’t think it’s the best offer.

For the NI $50 off $100 purchase coupon, if you want 1 product that's $99.50 does anyone know the best way to get it just over $100? I didn't have time to scour their site but saw some soundpacks for $14.50 but wondering if there's a better hack?

Checked this out myself for Kontakt. They sent me an email stating the crossgrade price was reduced to $99.50 from a qualifying product and if I could apply the voucher to that I may have at least considered it. Of course I couldn't. I could however apply the voucher to the full version on sale for $149.50 bringing it down to $99.50. Which would be the better way to go since a full license isn't tied to a crossgrade and can be sold easier down the line. I consider this because I have quite a few NFR libraries and many of those require the Full version. But alas, it's just not enough to tempt me throwing away any more money to them and their abuse.

I'm on the same boat. And I'm not buying it. This $50 voucher is going to away unused and it's ok.

I don't get angry at stores when they do a sale that means nothing to me, they do what they want and I buy what I think worth for me.
But it is frustrating when they say "Get an extra US$ 50.00 off" but it cannot be applied at discounted products, well it is not an extra, is it? Any way, I saved an extra 99.50 not buying it.

If you want Kontakt 7 alone that's it but upgrading to Komplete 14 with a Komplete 14 Upgrade for KSelect (which includes Kontakt as a base product) would be cheaper, if you want anything else other than Kontakt 7 alone that is included in Komplete.

They do but they've gone back to how it was a few years back, depends on how much you've spent with them recently. If you've spent enough you'll get a personalised voucher of a certain value.

JRRShop has the crossgrade for less ($83.58 USD) with code GROUP, but no free plugin.

Thanks for posting that. Prompted me to go check. I have two fairly recent instrument purchases that require v6 and I had stopped upgrading at v5 years ago. The upgrade to 7 was $99 during BF, and I passed, since the instruments could be played in the 'player' version. But @$45, it works.

(aside)... what's the deal with NI's purchasing protocol? Six emails pertaining to the progress of my order. Two I can understand. Confirmation of the order, and perhaps 'pending', and order fulfillment, after receipt of funds. But six?! I don't recall that practice, but then it's been years since I bought anything directly from them. Either Reaktor 6 or Kontakt 5, both on release.
