Also, for EP sounds, I highly recommend checking out Martinic Pianet T. It's physical modeling, like Pianoteq:

Hey Eric, is this one still active? I'm returning FreeBoz as a non-active code.

It's not but I'll PM you a code.

Thanks for recommending both Boz and Pianet Uncle E! I grabbed the freebie yesterday, thank you for it. Pianet is great from demos, but I wanted a bit more of a rhodes sound.

On the other hand, UAD are back at it again (as always lol) and you can get Producer Edition with Electra 88, Minimoog, Ravel, Waterfall B3 and Opal + some of the comps and eqs for $74. I refunded the previous bundle in the past because I found it too expensive to keep (too big of an amount for me to have spent), but this just might tip me over.

Then again, it's just basic marketing, black friday deals will probably be the same, unless they pull something extraordinary like Signature for $99 or something. The prices are good, but it's kinda bizarre to see how the individual plugins in bundles cost like 4-5 $ (scratch that, in Producer Edition plugins cost $3 per one with discount, crazy), when they used to be, what, at least a 100?

Anyway, sorry for my ramblings.

I'd been holding out for the Komplete Coll Edition upgrade til this Summer sale, which for me was $249. Today I got a loyalty voucher which looks like it will bring it down to $199. Anything I'm missing on this?

I think you're good!

I would have assumed it didn't include upgrades, but I don't see that excluded.
This e-voucher is valid on all Native Instruments software downloads. It is not valid on edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products, and subscriptions. Savings are calculated based on suggested retail prices (MSRP). The e-voucher can not be combined with other vouchers. It is valid until July 8th, 2024.

I was thinking the same but it worked! Thanks

I would appreciate some help with this too.

IK Multimedia T-RackS 5 MAX v2 - $50 $44 with code "SUMMER2024" (including all tapes, jc vocal strip) - historic low.

https://www.audiodeluxe.com/products/au ... s-5-max-v2

I sold exactly this before and wanted it back, but this pricing seems odd. It is very low and feels like v6 is coming soon. Also supported by the fact that TS 4 Max was on sale recently (which usually means there's a new product coming soon).

For people with experience on IK upgrading, is this worth it?

:hihi: Their upgrade pricing on launch has been absolutely terrible and is usually the reason everyone gets upset.

Eventually, they have some silly pricing that makes everyone forget why they were mad, and so the cycle continues.

Basically, buy it for what it is, but not as a way to upgrade to whatever they release.

Yeah, I realised that indeed $44 for these is amazing at first glance, but long-term I know that the upgrade will be something closer to $100 and at that point might as well just buy Total Studio 4 Max which was 167 on JRR.

I'll be honest though, I miss IK's DSP. Even though the tapes were buggy in Logic (PDC didn't work correctly with them) there really was something about their sound...

They've got the sale scheduled to start for us on June 13. They titled the sale the "Grand Finale" sale.

That's quite an interesting name, I wonder what that means. Maybe one last big sale before new releases? Modo Drums 2, T-Racks 6, who knows.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to it, thanks for mentioning it.
