Do you guys budget yourself for the Black Friday deals? I planned ahead so that I had cash ready to go. Many things on my shopping list went up for sale this time. It seemed like a very active season.

Do anyone have an idea, if it is possible to upgrade Waves Tune LT to Tune (it is on sale now for $99) when Tune LT was included in a bundle? (I have Platinum bundle). When I look at the upgrade possibilities for Platinum bundle (in my account) there is no luck. It doesn't make any sense only to allow for an upgrade if LT was bought individually.

I had a list of things I needed/wanted, and if those products went on sale at a good discount, I got them. That's why I got a new NI instrument and some SFX from Boom Library, but didn't get anything from ProjectSAM.

I didn't stick to the list - the $30 Ilya Efimov Retro Bass was too good to pass up - but I did OK.

The only thing I ever got was a confirmation that my message went through.

I asked for and got a Gold Bundle upgrade quote from Waves Universe, $147, as with AudioDeluxe.

I am still waiting for their support to email me with the license I ordered Saturday morning.

Meanwhile I've clearly missed the B1G1 offer at XLN Audio even though I ordered well within that window.

It gets better though... After getting a back order notice from MF (after they pulled the money from my account and 'completed' the order), I was informed on my 3rd or 4th message to MF support that the reason they haven't gotten to me is the department that handles verficiations and such does not work on the weekends!!!! "Someone will get with you on Monday." But no one did.. it is now Tuesday and support is still telling me to be patient.

Now one would think, on the busiest sales weekend of the year, they would have someone(s) there. Or, at the least, inform potential customers about this before they complete orders with time sensitive promotions and take money (not just held the money, but completed the transaction).

So yeah.. what a debacle. Musicians Friend support might be accomodating (jury is still out) but it is still a mechnical system and if you fall through the cracks then that does not compute with any of their planned logic flows, and thus the whole system implodes.

My support email to XLN Audio have also gone unresponded to so I guess everyone is super busy. Now I'm not really upset at this point, more watching the train wreck as it unfolds. :c0

It might be the opposite as NI seems so busy! I'm waiting them to release some keys for 6 days now! It never happened before. I'm obliged to offer the buyers a refund if they ask for it.

Has anyone already got their HoRNet licenses? I bought some HoRNet plugins on Friday, and I still haven't got anything...

On the other hand, I don't want to make a big "FRAUD" thread after a few days, maybe the guy had so many sales that he needs a week for sending out all the licenses, or he's sick or whatever...
