Did they send you a new code? I’m still waiting for my resolution.
EDIT:

Finally had success.

Selecting the product from korg shop says the code is invalid, however,
when following the respective link in the user area of korg usernet the coupon works.

I wonder if all the M1 and T1 presets will still be included with the M1 once they update the interface. I assume the upcoming new version will be the same as the current iOS version, which requires you to buy the M1 and T1 presets separately...

Maybe they were hoping 5 years of backlogged support failures
would all be forgotten, and hence the new ones minimized?
I'm all for a fresh start, as long as it's based in reality,
installers and registrations actually work, and previous registration problems
can be fixed. Most of which remains to be seen.
Cheers

Korg's planning on updating the interface, not removing a whole bunch of presets/cards. Your assumption is not based on anything.

That's great! I think my problem is different. My code originally worked. I clicked purchase, and that's where I got an error. The product is showing as a purchase, but I never received the email. I put in a request to customer service to send me the email.

To remove any existing content would be to break backwards compatibility. Not likely.

iOS versions are much cheaper to begin with. Just 15 bucks for the synth as such, so those symbolic 3 bucks for a preset pack are a joke.

Can't use the Arp standalone. Can't access the Settings (to select midi input, audio output) -- when you click the gear icon, the drop down menu briefly flashes and the menu items can't be selected. I'm using Mac OS X 10.12.6.

Anyone else having this problem? If so, what's your OS?

But who said they are replacing the current instruments by the iOS versions? That's just some people assuming that. Korg said they would "updating" the GUIs, not they would issue completely different versions.

It would be the dumbest thing they would do. The fact the Odyssey looks the same it's because the Odyssey is just what it is - there's nothing else. M1 and Wavestation are a completely different story.

15 a couple of times a year. Usually double that. Still a bargain. And pretty sure the preset packs were also half off right now (so usually 6).

OTOT Why one should pay for content already bought years ago again?

I should have said all the Japanese people I've known and or worked with celebrate Christmas even if they are not U.S. citizens and are relatively new to the country so I just assumed it was celebrated in Japan.

So Christmas is a normal workday in Japan ? Good then it's back to Karoshi for them then.
