I ended up pestering Audiodeluxe support about when they'll get the new freebie up... prompt response: "We are working on the next freebie, should be early next week." Probably too late for the Beatmaker sale unless it's on Sunday (or the sale gets extended immediately...). Cheaper at JRR shop.

Me too, probably prudent to make sure you have any serials etc noted down. Maybe even screenshots in case you have to prove to other suppliers you have licenses for their gear.

I was on the fence re QuantX but would have done it for that price but I probably won't bother now.

It is for me. It is a fun hobby. I work as a display optical design engineer at a FAANG professionally. The job has eaten most of my life, but we eat very healthy foods and I can buy toys.

Doesn't this become a self fulfilling prophecy though, company that is precarious but probably salvagable has news leak that they're in trouble, so everybody stops spending with them out of fear, which ultimately sends them over the edge ?
