[Edit: nm, obviously the people selling voucher codes haven't claimed them yet, you're right, sorry I think I have brain fog from current events in the US]agharta wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 6:54 pmI highly doubt that.
Firstly, you have to wait 60 days before you can request a transferID.
Secondly, the last few NI freebies I had were NFR anyway.

Could be that they got them bundled with their hardware and they don't need them (because they have a version of komplete already).Ou_Tis wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 7:21 pmI mean they may be selling the actual voucher codes without registering them first. There's at least one FS post on KVR selling Komplete Select voucher codes---3 of them, for $30 each. That they almost certainly got for free.agharta wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 6:54 pmI highly doubt that.

The ONLY problem is people who dont get a code seem compelled topaolostylo wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 6:36 pmgelly-vapor wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 5:18 pm very tempting but i would not use it because if the voucher are not legal NI could close the account...
I am very sure that the codes are legal and Jirka108 is really just trying to be nice here.
I still don't understand why there is so much debate about these codes.
1. let us all know they didnt get it
2 share a conspiracy theory about why
and avoid personal growth by doing this over and over.
This all diminishes the remarkable generosity of Jirka108 which makes the pointless complaining selfish.
Anyway , thank you Jirka108...I never go for these but for those that need them , you're appreciated

BalancEQ is on sale for something like 3 Euros atm.Ou_Tis wrote: Mon Mar 03, 2025 12:56 pm (replying to chat from the No Chat thread)
The banner about the sale at the top of the BalancEQ product page does not state the exception at all. The exception seems to only be indicated on the Hornet homepage https://www.hornetplugins.com/Sound_Bear wrote: Mon Mar 03, 2025 12:55 amBalancEQ is now on sale for € 14.39, and the 88 % discount has been prolonged for a day.Ou_Tis wrote: Sun Mar 02, 2025 12:49 pmThe 88% off sale does not include BalancEQ (which I wasted far too much time reading about and demoing before finding out at checkout).Sound_Bear wrote: Sun Mar 02, 2025 10:42 am HoRNet are having a huge sale until midnight (Italian time). Even the everything-bundle is reduced by 88 %, so you can get the complete product line for € 90.
It's worth noting that HoRNet do not use any copy protection on purchased plugins (only on demo versions). Download them once and keep them forever without hassle.
Before the previous period ended/ was supposed to end I checked again after reading your post - a banner on HoRNet's website was stating the BalancEQ exception clearly, as did the newsletter. Just mentioning it in case anyone got a bad impression of the company from this.
Perhaps that's just an oversight, but it's annoying. I'd guess that very few people who already know which plugins they're interested in will bother going to the homepage.

Plugin Alliance newsletter today boldly advertises a € 24.99 three-day "pop-up" sale of "Relab LX480 Dual Engine Reverb V4" complete with corresponding video thumbnail, but on their website it's actually just Relab LX480 Essentials, which is also on sale at Relab's own website and comes as a freebie with several third-party products.
Anyone know if this has happened with their newsletter before? I don't want to speculate if this is an error or intentional misleading, but I really hope no one gets fooled by it.

Just from memory I think I remember having seen that before but cant remember exactly what it was back then (to be fair this time it at least shows the Essential versions photo in the email).
btw: could you link to where the Ess sale is on their site and where it comes with 3rd party products ? - I only see a cheaper price for the basic reverb bundle when you already have 1 of the other reverbs ?!?

Starting at Only $29 - SAVE UP TO $70". If this is not time-limited then maybe I shouldn't call it a sale; I'm not a native English speaker.
As for third party, LX480 Essentials and other plugins come as freebies with various UA Volt interfaces. Those bundles are actually great value for beginners.

Indeed. the banner shows the dual engine version, but when you click on the link you are directed to the essential version. Someone could buy it by mistake and sue PA demanding the banner version. I would be more careful with these emails.Sound_Bear wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 9:16 pm Plugin Alliance newsletter today boldly advertises a € 24.99 three-day "pop-up" sale of "Relab LX480 Dual Engine Reverb V4" complete with corresponding video thumbnail, but on their website it's actually just Relab LX480 Essentials, which is also on sale at Relab's own website and comes as a freebie with several third-party products.

Pretty standard move for NI. Foolish this time because they don't offer hardware replacements for Maschine Studio and Maschine Jam.nishyp wrote: Mon Mar 03, 2025 3:37 am NI killing off support to their older controllers is an enough to make people uneasy and avoid buying any of their hardware in case they reach the same fate.
Maschine MK1/MK2 support being dropped from the Maschine 3 software was a dog move by them considering they’re MIDI compliant and while we may not be able to use “newer” features on the Maschine 3 software, it would’ve been better if they at least let us use it to the same capacity as the Maschine 2 software rather than completely write the hardware off.
