...a KVR member has just put up an ad for Diva for €90 if that helps? Another over on VI-Control for £70...Inversible wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 10:54 am Hi guys,
I would get at the moment for 150 bucks the V Collection X as I own Pigments.
Of course that price is a no brainer for what you get per Synth.
But I am still unsure if its not a waste of money, especially if Diva would make more sense for me.
I don't make electronic music. I make more atmospheric Rap / Trap beats with huge synth pads etc. and LoFi / Ambient. So based on that, I think V Collection would be too much, as I am (at the moment at least) not that much into sounddesign.
On the other hand, was there ever discounts on Diva? And is there a possibility that we would get Diva 2 in the near future?
I made the mistake once to pay for something which I didn't need in the end, so I want to be one the save side
Maybe someone can share their experience.

You won't make any mistake this time
Btw I remember Diva was 50% off 2 or 3 times not lately though.

Yes, probably more than you need, although you'll probably like things like MiniFreak V, OP-XA V, Buchla Easel V, Emulator II V, SQ80 V, and DX7 V.Inversible wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 10:54 am I don't make electronic music. It was either $89.50 in 2023.On the other hand, was there ever discounts on Diva?

Analog Lab gives you all the sounds with less control. Also an option, can be bought for $40 second hand.Uncle E wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 3:08 pmYes, probably more than you need, although you'll probably like things like MiniFreak V, OP-XA V, Buchla Easel V, Emulator II V, SQ80 V, and DX7 V.Inversible wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 10:54 am I don't make electronic music. Does Analog Lab still give you all the presets that are found in the individual instruments? I was under the impression that Lab only offered a limited selection of presents for each instrument and you wouldn't see all the presets in Lab until you purchased a license for the instrument.Analog Lab gives you all the sounds with less control. You are correct, only 2000 from a total of 9000 sounds in the collection are included.skyman88882002 wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 3:36 pmDoes Analog Lab still give you all the presets that are found in the individual instruments? Arturia added Analog Lab Pro 5 to it as well as having Analog Lab 4 included.
The advantage over buying Analog Lab is that even these old versions of VC come with a lot of instruments.
Plus, if you want to upgrade to VC X, if you wait for the best sales, such as now, it costs $99.
There is so much in VC7 that I haven't upgraded yet.

It means that after July 31st you won't be able to install any registered plugins using the old installers. You need to use the new drm-free installers from now on. Presumably they're shutting down the activation server on that date.D.Wako wrote: Tue Mar 25, 2025 5:21 pmThis part below is interesting no? But what does that mean?sprnva wrote: Tue Mar 25, 2025 1:39 pm Dear Reality are discontinuing their plug-ins. You can claim them for free by signing up to the Sennheiser newsletter.

What does this mean for you?
You’ll be able to use your product without any restrictions in the future by installing the new license manager-free version using the links at the bottom of this email.
Dear Reality products will no longer be further developed, and current licenses will be deactivated on July 31, 2025.

Did anyone get an email after signing up to their newsletter to receive the free Dear Reality plugins...?
