m yquestion is more or less the same.
I got all "migration" coupons , registered on korg.shop and installed everything.
Where are the "upgrade" coupons for the new collection or the one with Odyssey??

Thanks for the helpful feedback. Yes, I migrated first, then tried to purchase the ARP Odyssey at the discounted price, instead of the $69. price, I will email them my info. and request a coupon code to purchase the Odyssey at the special discount price for Korg Legacy owners. Did you email the Korg.Shop ?braj wrote:The upgrade button is right near the migrate button on the old user page. But if like me, you migrated then want to get the $50 price, you probably need to send in a support ticket, they will issue you a new code (actually I recall they just changed the price for the upgrade to $50 for me, no code issued directly), and you make the purchase again, this time paying $50 instead of nothing. They were very quick with it for me, it only took a few hours between the time I sent in the ticket, a couple quick emails, and we were done. If the Upgrade coupon doesn't work for you before contacting support, be sure to include the upgrade code and your order number for the first migration to them to avoid needing to give it to them later.Muziksculp wrote:I was finally able to migrate from the Korg Legacy Collection to Korg Collection. I have the full Korg Legacy Collection.
I applied the coupon to the Korg Store, that showed $199. for the Legacy Collection, then got it to show $0.00 after I input the coupon code.
Q1. I have the option to add the ARP Odyssey at $49.00 but it keeps asking me for a coupon code. Which coupon code, or where do I obtain it from, I was thinking I don't need a coupon since the price is already discounted at $49. but that's not the case here, it needs a coupon code to allow me to proceed to the order checkout. Any feed on this would be helpful. (Oh I also have the option to purchase the ARP Odyssey at $69.)
Q2. Has there been any changes/updates to the current Legacy Collection Synths ? if No, then I'm guessing I don't need to download any new updates for them, and just use the ones I currently have installed from the Legacy Collection. (Correct ?)
Thanks,
Muziksculp
Cheers,

Remember to give them the code from the http://www.korguser.net/ 'Upgrade Coupon' button, I think they need that, I also gave them my order number from using the Migration Coupon.

Thanks. What email did you use to communicate with Korg regarding this matter ?braj wrote:Remember to give them the code from the http://www.korguser.net/ 'Upgrade Coupon' button, I think they need that, I also gave them my order number from using the Migration Coupon.

EDIT: oops, i was too slow
Me too, but i am only getting migration coupons for individual components, weirdly.Muziksculp wrote:I was finally able to migrate from the Korg Legacy Collection to Korg Collection. I have the full Korg Legacy Collection.
Log into your Korguser.net account and there should be an upgrade coupon orangish/yellowish button on the right side above where the migration coupon link was.Muziksculp wrote:Q1. There are minor changes to the software. Firstly the DRM is changed, and secondly there are minor bug/performance issues corrected. If you don't feel the need for these changes, you probably don't need to download and install until something more meaningful changes (or you next need to authorize the plugins).Muziksculp wrote:Q2. I finally purchased the ARP Odyssey at $49. using the Upgrade Coupon, I forgot about that one.
I will most likely wait until some new GUI improvements are available for the Korg Collection, and update them. For now I think I will be fine with what I have installed.

I got a reply to my inquiry about continuing to use the Legacy Collection, including my inquiry about being able to authorize it...
"Migration to KORG Collection is optional.
It is also possible to continue using the KORG Legacy Collection.
However, KORG Legacy Collection updates will not be provided in the future.
Activation at KORG USER NET is functioning for the time being. Please do not worry.
Best regards,
KORG app team"
So, "for the time being"... Not very helpful.

Yeah, I would think migrating would be the best thing to do.

My migration worked. I think. I only had coupons for individual products, not the Collection. Where is it that people saw the downloader for Legacy Cell? I know it's not been updated, so there's no reason to download it. I just want to know if i lost my license to the whole collection somehow and got turned to individual licenses only. I never bought the Mono/Poly, though i like how the iOS version sounds and probably should pick it up at some point. I have Odyssey on iOS and like it, so i guess I'll end up buying that one at some point too...

What gets these products to show up in our Korg ID "Registered Products" page? The actual software authorization process? If so, I'll have to boot to El Capitan and install/authorize them there.

If you have rights to it, you'll find it here:Jace-BeOS wrote:What gets these products to show up in our Korg ID "Registered Products" page? The actual software authorization process? If so, I'll have to boot to El Capitan and install/authorize them there.

EDIT: Ah, sorry, I didn't fully comprehend your question the first time. That, I don't know. I assume successful migration.

It shows me "there are no registered products". Is this just a slow server process or do i need to do something?

Did you get a confirmation email after finishing the order process? Should read "KORG Shop: New Order # ......." If not, maybe you didn't actually get the order through to them. If you did, I think you should send their support your order number and tell them what you're encountering.Jace-BeOS wrote:It shows me "there are no registered products".
