I wouldn't know... I took one look at the GUI and ran away screaming!v1o wrote: Fri Jan 01, 2021 2:22 amIs it also one of the best vsts for usability?gentleclockdivider wrote: Thu Nov 19, 2020 6:58 am One of the currently most powerfull and best sounding vst has nothing but sliders ( tranzistow )

Those who take the time to grasp Tranzistow with all its idiosyncracies are going to be rewarded by great things. No other plugin does everything TW does while doing all of those things at the same level of sound quality. It's definitely unique.

I'm not sure if it's already been mentioned in this thread, but voice stacking unison would be an essential thing for me, as mentioned here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=367169&p=7995818#p7995818

We don't really see it that way. Why would you stack voices when everything in the voice architecture comes with wide unison sound anyway?

Irrelevant for me anyway as there is no Mac version...EvilDragon wrote: Sat Jan 02, 2021 8:37 am Those who take the time to grasp Tranzistow with all its idiosyncracies are going to be rewarded by great things. The way it's implemented in Diva makes chords quick and easy to do. Very wasteful, though.Urs wrote: Thu Jan 07, 2021 9:39 am Why would you stack voices when everything in the voice architecture comes with wide unison sound anyway?
Perhaps I imagined this, but was there a suggestion of tuneable unison modes for the oscillators?

Different tuning of waveforms within one oscillator section requires multiple bandlimited versions of the waveforms, easily adding a lot more CPU. This would happen without actually indicating why that is (as opposed to having two or three more oscillators enabled). That's why I haven't ever done this (the extra bandlimiting requirements).hakey wrote: Thu Jan 07, 2021 5:31 pmThe way it's implemented in Diva makes chords quick and easy to do. I'm just hoping for some new analog style filters as a result of DIVA/Repro research, some more west-coasty modulation options (like we already see in hive with the function generators), and expanded FM + Physical Modelling options.
Anything else is just gravy.

Haha! behind the bookcase in the library
I think that's a given seeing as how Zero-Delay Feedback Filters have become a lot more commonplace since they were showed up in Diva. ZebraHZ itself was one of the first synths in u-he's lineup to have them way back when after allI'm just hoping for some new analog style filters as a result of DIVA/Repro research, some more west-coasty modulation options (like we already see in hive with the function generators), and expanded FM + Physical Modelling options.

Which is a bit nuts to think about how far analog-modeling has come within the past decade or so. u-he really stepped up the game for everyone and it feels full-circle that Zebra3 would be getting the same treatment that so many other synths, including newer u-he synths, have already gotten

Because of some technical problems or complexity for user? It might be a little esoteric for a lot of use cases but having the MSEGs morph like the oscillators would open up all kinds of possibilities...
Anyone know any synths that can currently do this?
