Is it true a VPS Avenger license can't be sold/transferred?

I've sold Avenger V1 license, it required to buy some transfer token for $30 or so.

Well, I was also contemplating about H3000 Factory MK2 against H910/H949, especially for its large number of presets. But since it looks a bit complicated I thought if H910/H949 would be better/enough for that "harmonizer" sound. I don't care about the hardware/specific sound as such, so either should be fine.

I will consider H3000 again. Thanks.
