I think we should cut av_ some slack -- He's a newbie here, and perhaps doesn't yet feel our zeitgeist. That said, I sometimes miss the old KVR of the mid-2010s, which was a cauldron of frothing assholery and vitriol. I don't know if we've gotten more civilized, or just experienced it to the fullest and moved on.

On topic -- I'm posting in this thread because it's a bit of a niche item that I haven't yet seen here -- Novation/Focusrite is offering a new freebie, Klevgrand's Degrader. You have to have registered their hardware or software for this to work.

Still hasn't shown up here and of course I have checked the spam folder. I use Zoho mail for this kind of sign-up-ware and it shows all incoming mail in various folders without having to hunt anything down. No way to miss any incoming message.

Maybe they didn't like the fake name I used. I did confirm the subscription when that mail came in so no telling what's going on.

Oh well I have a ton of delays but I thought it would be entertaining for a moment to check this one out.
