I got an email for Tracktion’s FX collection with a code to bring it down to $19. I don’t think I can share the code…not sure. It might only be for previous Tracktion customers.

I think so, especially for $19. I had demoed them in the past and thought they were pretty good.martinjuenke wrote: Sat Aug 23, 2025 6:54 pmAre they worth the buy?Examigan wrote: Sat Aug 23, 2025 6:40 pm I got an email for Tracktion’s FX collection with a code to bring it down to $19. Then again, Mixbox is $19.99 here:

The issue with Mixbox is IK isn't selling it anymore, so the development is over (I would think anyway). But it works well for me as is.

Any AMEK Mastering Compressor or AMEK EQ 200 sales?
There are two kinds of people in the world. And you're not one of them.

I see it one one site for $39.99, but am not sure if that's any cheaper than in the past (?)

I dunno, some might find them funky and overly simplified, but I really like a lot of the DOTEC-AUDIO plugins from the Japanese Developer and use them a lot. DEEBASS and DEEFX in particular are in the list of my favorite plugins.
Anyway, tho many have likely never heard of them, they have been around for 10 yrs now apparently, and are offering their plugins at $10 ea, which is the lowest price I've ever seen them at. While I doubt many will be interested in the bulk of them, there are a few that are worth a try and a steal at $10 imo.

I like the dynamics processors mostly myself, but I am a sucker for that. Unfortunately, I wouldkidslow wrote: Sat Aug 23, 2025 10:12 pm Which ones of the dotec are a steal at $10 in your opinion pekbro aside from the two mentioned?
have to say that the best thing to do would be to try anything that catches your interest at all,
many will fall short likely, but there might be a few that happen to fit your needs/workflow/preferences.
On the other hand, anything that strikes you as uninteresting is very probably going to be that way...
*One major reason for them falling short is that we all have so many other plugins already that
offer similar functionality.

I haven't tried any of their other plugins, but I've gotten great results from DeeDoubler, which for me is sometimes better than some paid vocal doubler plugins. It's free, so that's at least worth checking out imo.

Ok thanks for clarifying. That caught my attention and does look like a bargain for someone without a 303, but I've got more'n a few and contented. My next acquisition would be TD-3 hardware.

Yeah, there are better 303's no doubt, this one is just interesting, fun and super lite, I mostly use it as a place holder and easy bassline generator.kidslow wrote: Sun Aug 24, 2025 10:37 pmOk thanks for clarifying. For the sale, I just liked and bought a few of the maximizers and the compressor, not that I actually needed them.
I am a bit interested in the DeeCrystal plugin, though I am still trying to figure out if I have any
alternatives for it.

Got the DeeSubBASS based in your notice.pekbro wrote: Sat Aug 23, 2025 10:07 pm I dunno, some might find them funky and overly simplified, but I really like a lot of the DOTEC-AUDIO plugins from the Japanese Developer and use them a lot. I'm still on the search to improve my tools in that area, despite already having several ones including Denise Bass XXL, etc. But that DOTEC DeeSub's octave keys, plus allows MIDI in, from Japan and no-brainer price meant no further search. Thanks!
