Yes, Axxess is superb for that vintage analog synth sound. I mean, if I get Oddity, then Axxess would be redundant?
Added: Nevermind. Already got the answers.

Hi. Does it have the same sound as Oddity 3? I don't have neither.

New synths, or new "versions" of the same synths? I only see the same synths with new versions.

i know there are many Synth vs. Synth and whos better type of threads. However if you ONLY hear for the pur capability/sound of a Synths Oscillator/Sound Quality without looking at features what would the top ten look like?
I think it would depend on if your ideal oscillator sound is FM, Additive, VA, Wavetable, Granular,
Physical Modeling, or something else.

I think you're right, they must be new versions. I didn't know that.

That aside, if you look at the comparison page, you can see all the similarities and differences between all of the synths. First time I've seen something like it.

Yes they are all simply updated versions,I think the newest one is Warlock, which is the only one that doesn’t have the words NEW next to its name. Either way they are all really nice sounding synths in my opinion and worth checking out

I am demoing the Moog Mariana. The bass sounds enormous. I'll compare the Mariana to the Legend HZ, see which one has the better bass. I doubt I'll like one over the other based off of sound.

After demoing Mariana, I can say this: Each one has it's own characteristics. I think the Mariana sounds bigger and more present, while the Legend sounds darker and deeper.

There's also a 10 day demo on the moog website. https://software.moogmusic.com/store/mariana

Sounds more like noise to me... I would not know what to do with such sounds in my music.

I need Moog account just in order to demo it?

Roland Cloud and Korg Collection synths sound excellent and authentic compared to the hardware in most cases from what I can hear. I bought the Roland plug-out SH-2 and System-100 and have the legacy collection - Polysix is still one of my favourite sounding plugin synths. But sonically the best sounding is very subjective, although I've always thought synths like Dune and Zebra sound awesome in terms of clarity.

Yes, I believe sound quality is subjective. But Korg doesn't do it for me. It sounds like I'm listening to recordings. I'm trying the demos right now and you're having to turn up the volume on the majority of presets. On Triton, I have to turn up the volume by more than 10 Db on most of the sounds if not all of them.
