I purchased Ableton Live 12 Suite from bjm4tt back in December, and the license was transferred by Ableton without issue. Last week, I received an email from Ableton's fraud department. They said that the original purchaser of the Live 11 license that was later upgraded to the Live 12 version I purchased had reported the license sold/transferred without authorization. As a result, they refunded the cost for the Live 12 upgrade license to its purchaser, and transferred the Live 11 license back to the original owner. So the entire license was stripped from my Ableton account.

I contacted bjm4tt to report/inquire about this problem. He immediately offered to refund my purchase price through PayPal, and undertook the detective portion of the job to try and get answers/refund from the person he had acquired the license from (which looked difficult as that seller seems to have disappeared off the board). So bjm4tt was a stand-up seller from the start, committed to doing the right thing for his customer. I have feared getting ripped off on these second hand sales, and this goes to show that it can take months for fraud to be reported and everything to go to heck. I applaud bjm4tt for his integrity and promptness in giving me a refund even if that meant he might take a big loss. Thank you so much, will not hesitate working with you again.

Thank you purplepat69 for the feedback! I was not so lucky, I've lost the money I've paid to the original seller. Some lessons learned.
