That ACE skin is so good looking compared to the original. I bought the DIVA skin (which is awesome) and trying to resist that one!

I must say that I share your opinion about their "suspiciousness." I don't want to be unfair to them, but I feel that their strategy is to spit out a plugin, sell as many copies as possible, and then move on. It seems that developing and fine-tuning plugins is not their cup of tea. Besides, on YouTube, instead of answering an apparently uncomfortable question, they prefer to delete it repeatedly. They won't get another penny from me.

Re: Sampleson - You might be right, but it's tough out there/here for an indie developer. Updates and support are a time-consuming expense -- that's why customer service has suffered in general across most, if not all, industries.

It seems to me they're kind of throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks. The comment you are replying to is regarding 3 plugins for $10 for goodness sake. It worked to generate some buzz for them for a minute. But who here on KVR even recognizes the Sampleson name?
