I'm currently demoing both Voxengo stuff and Ozone... will likely purchase Voxengo. I think Elephant may be more forgiving that Ozone's limiter - I can very easily get the O limiter pumping audibly, but Elephant takes a bit more work. In addition, you can't beat the Voxengo support forums - for chrissakes the developer is on there answering questions for the users every day!

Well I think they are both high quality plugins......
However it was hard to refuse the $154.97 OZONE 3 special Amazon had over labor day. including shipping....
I tried to look at pricing for both at that time.
Voxengo is definately reasonable priced for around $250.00 for the mastering suite.
On my budget (what budget?) I had to go for Ozone3
