Kinda word to that - the best/most creative period I ever had writing lyrics was when I was recovering from a severe clinical style depression (the can't go out in public or else my teeth would start to wobble kind).
Can't seem to write lyrics for toffee now - & making music is all dried up also.

lyrics 
dunno if you ever caught the few bits i wrote lyric wise,bluedad used them quite favourably on a couple of occassions.i can only write when reality isnt really working,other than that everything i try to write is reminiscent of dr seuss style wise unfortunately not content wise.
to get lyrics down im willing to publish i have to be so far gone and just throw random shit together then edit a bit when i start getting back to earth...
i think at some point over the holidays i may get a chance to wax lyrical so to speak.

Don't really do drugs much anymore, but they sure seem to open something as far as lyrics are concerned - all that subconcious shit just comes bubbling out.
Reckon i'm due a binge come christmas (only problem is our lasses parents are going to be here for part of it).

Haven't caught your lyrics - it's only recently i've taken a few forays into the music cafe & listened to the odd tune.

i too get depressed in the dont like outisde,daylight all that kinda shit
but at christmas your forced to see people
if you dont go there they come here,so i do usually end up getting a little "swayed" by all this,altho its usually started kicking in by now whereas this year i seem strangely happy not least for the time of year but i reckon if you ask people who know me for the first time in a long time as really happy kinda hope it lasts because im enjoying stuff i dont normally,but kinda miss the productive me too

best just to get on and be who you be,least in the times when your ok you can even see the good side about being down if you get me

With lyrics I find that I can write both, very thought provoking stuff, and complete ass that's just meant to be funny. I'm not sure which I prefer, but I don't like to get bogged down too much in either happiness or depression.
