Hate to tell you this. Version 1.5.1 just installed(installer from few days before). Load it in FL studio durring playback will result in grainy audio, CPU usage at 99% and FL crash. Reinstall and rollback to 1.5.0 and it works again. You got some problems with never version.Bill OC wrote:Group buy--I'm in, Christian.
Just let me know how, how much, and when.
I don't know how you do it all. Must be an extraordinary combination of brains, talent, and time-mangement skills.
Thanks and regards,
Bill O'C

Quick demo question - how do you access the more exotic filter types described in the manual (CulteQ, warm, yummy etc.)? I can't seem to get the menu shown in the pictures...

Just figured it out... I always miss things that require mouse buttons to be held down for a split second... doh!

Betatesting is over. The new version (1.5.2) can be found on our server: http://www.aixcoustic.com/uploads/media ... nstall.exe (all bugs so far have hopefully been fixed)Christian Budde wrote:confirmed, not only in Live, erm. You should have received an email about the update. If not, please send a mail with your Name/System-ID to Enquiries|AIXcoustic-com (| means @ and - means .)kylen wrote:Christian - I have Electri-Q I purchased from Acoustic-motions last year. Is this an upgrade? What are the details? Thanks.
If everything is right, then you should receive the correct Response-Key ASAP (usually within one day).
Kind regards,
Christian

1.52 beta that you posted still exhibits problems... when setting a gain-only band, there is silence until you change the gain, at which point the distortion kicks in...

Ooops again... the link you posted above (.zip) was for the beta, which still has the bug... the link on the website (.exe) is the proper 1.5.2 and it's all good!
Really loving this EQ!

Electri-Q 1.52 gets a fantastic sound for sure! I haven't run into any major problems using it in Sonar5. I am finding that I wish there was an "UNDO" button. Several times I was able to dial-in the "EQ of the century" only to hit a wrong button or kick in some feature that wipes out my settings. Just rookie-itis I suppose. Electri-Q is a pretty fast EQ like someone said in another thread - meaning I can hear the changes and the controls are responsive enough to get back to a good point pretty fast...

A 'undo' is implemented, but it's disabled, because it tends to be too unstable right now. But I havn't had a closer look since months. I will push it up on the priority list.
