And finally, how would I get rid of the PACE extension, should I want to? The installer starts a second installer setting up the PACE extension, and there's a note saying I should open the PACE installer mpkg and use the provided uninstaller. Just that there's no dedicated PACE mpkg or anything.
I think that this is something very critical and even if I may find out how to remove the extension, I can assure you that things like that will put quite some people off. There needs to be a dedicated uninstaller and after performing the uninstall my computer should be as clean as a baby's ass.

On the site is mentioned that the format is opened to 3rd party libs. Didn't find more information though. For example, does this require a licence for the engine ? Does this mean any eventual expansion should be accessible thru Usb site ? etc If someone form Usb want to comment this ...

The comment area is very nice. Usefull to transmit info on a given instrument to user.

Indeed, independent soundbank maker will be able to offer protected content for UVIWorkstation and sell those on the upcoming UVISoundSource store.

You will be able to easily attach comments and images to any presets of the soundbank.

the VST crash / not loading on PC is a very stupid bug related to corruption of the dll binary. Just to let you know while we fix it.

The PlugsoundPro soundbank and all already released soundbanks already works in UVIWorkstation.

What you really paid for was the amazing PlugsoundPro soundbank, and you'll be able to keep on using it inside UVIWorkstation.
Same thing for other UVI Soundcard (Synth Anthology, Xtreme FX, Retro Organs, ...)

UVIWorkstation is not a small version of what was PlugsoundPro.
All features available in PlugsoundPro are available in UVIWorkstation and more.

We wanted to move to an open platform, easier to use and easier to access if you wasn't interested by the PlugsoundPro soundbank but wanted to have a more powerful player to use with other soundcard without buying both PSPro and the other soundcard

What do you mean by does not recognize ?
We've just fixed an issue on PC where shortcut to a soundbank in the UVISoundbank folder was not recognized, so if you're using this, that may explain your issue.

If you PlugsoundPro.ufs is directly in C:\Program Files\UVISoundBanks, it is not recognized ?

If you're on mac, then there is no know issues. Still you have to copy an alias or the ufs itslef in /Library/Application Support/UVISoundbanks

Regarding the acoustic piano card there is no official release date yet.

First, I'm using a PC.

And yes, my UFS file is in this directory. But the plugin only shows the demo soundbank and tutorial soundbank.

Regarding the acoustic piano card there is no official release date yet.

By the way :

1) What will be the upgrade procedure for Plugsound Pro users, because I have the authorization on my iLok, but if I switch to UVI Workstation, I'll need a new authorization right ?

2) Is it possible to add the option in the setup to chose the destination folder for the VST plugin and for the progam files ? (I have 2 hard disks, and one is only for audio programs and sound libraries, so I don't want to install the workstation on "C")

3) I can't click with the mouse on the "C7" note on the workstation's GUI, but thank god I can play it with my MIDI keyboard .

4) I got crackles while tweaking a knob and playing with my keyboard at the same time.

First off, thank you for making this available and free! And tweakable!

It's a beta, so wrinkles expected;-) Here's a few that seem to be related.

1) Confirmed crash on OS X when switching filter from Off->Any Setting->Off. Crash log sent.

2) Crash when switching drive mode to "off". Logs sent.

I did notice that the filter and drive menus seem to be connected somehow, which may be the problem. Try loading the Baby Jazz-Light preset and switching the filter to any setting. The drive setting will immediately switch to off.

Also, switching the filter or drive menu does not cause a crash when switching to something besides "off." For example, switch the filter to "Analog LP" then any other setting. No crash until you switch to "off."

VST PC version still can't loaded as we don't have post a new version yet.
However the standalone PC works fine and all version on Mac except crashes reported related to Filter and Drive.
