Dom did some research on his end and found out that GC sold the same license key to another customer last week.
Long story short, GC had me on the phone for about an hour while performing their own investigation. They finally acknowledged they dropped the ball on this one and will send me a new code "as soon as they can". Needless to say I'm ticked off right about now and will cancel the order altogether if I don't get the license key by the end of the day. I've already made that clear to them.
PS...Big thanks to Dom over @ Bitwig for promptly identifying the issue and helping me get it sorted out quickly. Excellent customer service like this makes me more than happy to be a Bigwig supporter. Keep up the good work sir.
