Couldn't have said it better myself.

With the majority of developers straying away from transparency and customer relations (*cough* native instruments *cough* arturia) I will gladly support a developer such as u-he who is passionate about their craft and in-touch with his community of followers. Kudos to Urs et al.

I guess what I'm trying to say is: "Shut up and take my money." :-)

Looking forward to diving headfirst into this amazing looking synth.

Cheers.

Will this eventually get support for .tun files? Or am I the only one who wants to make quarter-tone trance and 17-TET EDM? :phones:

We can discuss it. There's no reason not to, but we simply thought we'd start out with the most minimal feature set. We're going to soup up the keyboard control with more features later (chord editing, scale locking). So maybe we can somehow add the .tun file support in there too.

it is really needed for the nordlead trick and give sub bass sounds the punch?

looking good the preview!
It is available. Just drag the mod matrix to the octave control. Gives you coarse tune control.
thanks mate, havnt thought about such a solution.

the redo/Undo seems to count key presses too?

Maybe such a control could be added to the "cells" with the FX name (that are used to rearrange the effects) or so.

There, I said it. I asked for more knobs :D
The Comp has an output gain knob...

That LP filter! With the resonance... Amazing. :hyper: Plus it's a hell of lots of fun to use and the interface it class.

BUT... it's got that Diva low end too. MMMmmmmmm.... Low end.

This has really raised the bar as far as I'm concerned. :tu:
I will take the Lord's name in vain, whenever I want. Hail Satan! And his little goblins too.

Yeah... the low end is great!

The filter is amazing.

PWM into a dirty HPF with high resonance, you get that sweet "sticky" sound... I can almost taste it!

Not sure if this is known but there seems to be some sort of bug with the sequencer occasionally not looping correctly. Appears to be when the host restarts a loop but its very much intermittent. (Live 9.1.x 32bit, Win 8.1).

Also, any chance of a comb filter in the future?

That's known for the Arpeggiator, but not yet for the sequencer.

There is indeed a chance, something along the lines of a feedback oscillator. Not sure yet if and how, and certainly not a replica of anything famous for it.

It's finally here! I'm already in love with it. 16 unison voices, nice :) I think having some unison available for the sub oscillator would be a nice option. Thanks Urs for letting us look at your latest masterpiece.

As for the GUI, I don't think I've ever been sexually aroused by a software plugin ... but there's a first time for everything I guess.

OK - this synth is supposed to be all about fun. So my first demo is short, goofy, and...fun.

Minion Choir - no external processing...it's all HIVE

I will compare the normal saw with sylenth1 soundwise cause this is my main interest if this synth will replace (well not fully i think cause i got a lot presets there) it cause it has also more soundoptions with more waveforms. Will try to recreate some presets today :D.

Will the pre-order price work as it did for other recent u-He products? In other words, will the pre-order price be available until shortly after the release of version 1.0?

Just trying to figure out if I should use my coupon on Presswerk or Hive :).
