Is this script is included with mulabs ? ( I m on osx), maybe i could use the ddmf host plugin.

Not included in Mulab. Not sure Shell to Vst had a Osx version. A host program would be a solution also ....I think. DDfm or Blue Cat Audio may just be a work around.


As a Waves user myself....and out of pure curiosity....what Waves plugin is not easily replaced for you?

I find Mulab perfectly fine without Waves as most Waves plugins are for mixing. That said....Mulab is very quick and inspiring to create in and that is what I use it for. I use Reaper (and some Waves stuff ) for mixing.

This work flow also allows me to separate creation from mixing which I find to be a smoother and more focused experience.

Ya know......I have recently acquired some v14 stuff and I havent tried.....all others were V10 on Win 10.

Ive only got v14 on this Win10 system, so that's all I tested. My actual DAW has various v9,v10, v11 stuff but is still Win7. I have one v13 (LoFiSpace, a freebie) thats also installed on this system, but VST2shell seems to have an issue with it, and I cant be arsed fiddling about trying to work out what's up with it.

Have the V10 user keys been issued for those who purchased a lifetime license prior to V10? I guess technically it hasnt been released yet.

No, the personal M10 user keys have not yet been distributed as M10 still is in beta.
Personal M10 user keys will be distributed around M10 release.
But you can use the M10 test user key for now.

I still posses the key preserved in an old email. (Though I no longer have Mulab installed.)

This would seem to indicate I can take advantage of the Mulab for Life Upgrade. Surely that can't be right. Can it?

I was! I can’t wait! I’ve only recently come back to Windows due to a free Razor Blade given to me (yeah…I know, right?). I’ve been very happy on iOS and iPadOS since 2017 or so.
