Tracktion is the best audio/seq app there is, and wil be for a long time. Sure, it may not have all the bells and whistles, but it's focus is creative workflow. Nothing touches it.

That's what drew me in. I'd almost completely lost teh desire to write music, and my PC was way underpowered.
