Tracktion is Poppinng, Clicking, and Hiccupping

Some people are (bewilderingly) still missing the point:

It's BECAUSE you've installed the latest release that you're getting pops and clicks.

I got pops and clicks in the original T2 release. Since then i've been working in other software (having given up trying to record anything in T2 without getting pops and clicks!).

I have not yet tried recording in T2.0.1.13 but looked at this thread to see if there was any news on the problem being fixed. I would genuinely like to use T2 alongside my other software, but obviously can't use it for audio recording while these problems persist.

Clearly from this thread, the pops/clciks have not gone away, but have rather got worse in the very latest version. While that is the case there is little point in me wasting time on trying to record in T2.

I always felt with T1 that audio recording was one of its significant strengths, so finding myself unable to get good - or even useable - results in T2 is a bit of a downer, really

I went back to the previous version and it's been fine. Recording no problems whatsoever.

No need to bump this. We've definitely seen this but as I've posted on other threads, I can't reproduce it and neither can anyone at Mackie at this point. We are working hard on it and the beta testers are doing a great job looking at it too. I'm going to start a new thread asking for some information from everyone experienceing the problem so we can have it in a nice logical place. Thanks and I'm confident we'll get this sorted soon.
