As Haydxn said, it only shows the path if its somewhere other then the file folder. Otherwise, it should just show the name so you can assume (correctly) that if you just see a file name with no path that it is in the project folder.

nope - but I know you wanted to...Beno wrote:Did I write that?jens wrote:Beno wrote:Yes, I absolutely 100% agree that improving the browser to give more information about the files including path name among other things is a good idea and it something I have also wanted to get implemented for sometime but you all know how long it usually takes Jules to implement even the most simple things...
Yes, we know!

How's that for a feature request getting implemented in record time? And you didn't even need to install an update.ttoz wrote:Ok, that worked. It's a start.

I absolutely agree with ttoz.
An audio-pool is essential.
I do not and i want not to be forced to trust in the software layer, managing my files correctly.
I want overview and control.
An audio-pool with a list of file locations does not only give security, it also is good for keeping the audio-library tidy.

I agree too.
And while we're at it, T still destroys an edit if you accidentally save it on a drive with no space left.
Not quite off topic, as it relates to file handling.
