Not sure if I follow. But what is exactly the problem?xtreme sounds wrote: Sat Aug 03, 2024 11:21 am Hi trying to use this program and the akai fire script fails. the incoming midi is feeding the next track with modified midi channel notes using a channel filter out and a channel filter in on the second track. I then have to turn monitor mode to ON on the first track and play in using the akai fire so I can record the received notes on the second.

I thought about this but decided against it since this might conflict with the switching features of the knob touches.krtvu wrote: Mon Aug 05, 2024 1:22 pm Hi,
Would it be possible to set the faders to return to their initial values via a double tap on the Electra One buttons? This would be a nice feature development on this controller.

Thanks for this I just installed the latest version 24 on bitwig 5.1.9, I'm trying to configure my Faderfox UC4 so that whatever parameter I last clicked on via the mouse it will automatically be assigned to the Midi encoder on the UC4, is this possible? sorry if newb question, just starting to get my head around this.
Thanks again, appreciate any help.
And watch these 2 videos to get a basic understand of Bitwig Remote Parameters:
Thanks for the tutorials, can I ask
Although the script you provided is for the EC4 should I be adding the UC4 as a generic controller in Bitwig instead?
Thanks,

For the UC4 your best bet is to use the Generic Flexi (until some one else did a specific script for it, didn't check).

Hi Moss
I try to understand how the drivenbymoss package knows how to map e.g. surge parameter into the Push2. Other devices like Odin doesn't get mapped.
Is there a possibility to map e.g. Vital stuff into push by my own??
btw:
I am a newcomer in Bitwig as i worked in Ableton before
, and i switch from MS to Linux as well.
btw2:
Super cool work you've done here!!!

Hi Jurgen,
Thanks for your amazing work on this Bitwig extension.
I have been trying to make some funky music, but I can't work out how to do a midi program change from my Novation SL MK3. I don't see anything in the manual about this, so I keep having to go back to the computer to try a different sound. Is there something I have missed?
Thanks!
Simon

Bitwig has a MIDI Program Change Device which you can insert in front of your plugin and then control from a controller as well.wintoid wrote: Thu Aug 08, 2024 6:16 am Hi Jurgen,

Thank you for the script. I am looking for a comprehensive summary of all functions for my Maschine MK3. From what I can see the video playlist is very fragmented with different explanations over multiple videos etc.
Is there a summary that has it all like a document or video? I know there is a manual but I do not understand it fully. Like for example on page 97 it says "metering section" although I do not know where to find it.

Hi Jurgen, is it possible to set the midi channel on Push to control a hw synth? I mean in Bitwig's HW instrument I'd like to set it "Keep Ch.", and select the channel in Push, so that when I play the piano pads it uses the channel I set.

The manual is the reference. Note that there are different Maschine models. E.g. the metering section is only on the Studio version.lazyy wrote: Fri Aug 09, 2024 9:37 am Thank you for the script. No but you can set the MIDI channel for each channel in Bitwig (either to Keep or a specific one).lao974 wrote: Sun Aug 11, 2024 6:33 pm Hi Jurgen, is it possible to set the midi channel on Push to control a hw synth?
