I bought a cheap bundle from them a few years ago and they didn't provide download links for a significant number of products.
No reply from their support so I opened a case with PayPal which I won.
I didn't ask for a refund based on the percentage of products missing but for the percentage that I was actually interested in.

Gruss pulled this kind of thing at the Loop Loft before he flogged it to NI.

Seems, from trüstpilot, he did carry it on to Yurt Rock ,.. to continue same-same

2.2 of 5.0 stars ,.. missing files and terrible nose-up customer-support mentioned again

Guess a new name can be handy, every now and then, when this is the way

Question to all, out of pure curiousity, and lack of knowledge:

5 IRs, nice, but is it actually unique or usefull IRL ? and not found in other IR-loaders ?

On their own side, focus is short-taled amp-stuff, etc. Is it not fit f.eks for reverb ? why ?

Without IDX it doesn't make that much difference... However, it has some useful things like equalization on each IR... I don't remember seeing any loader that does that. Otherwise, it's interesting because not long ago, only paid plugins did this blending of multiple IRs... Even today, few free ones do.
