I don't think you can expect that to ever happen because patches can be wildly different in structure. There is no way to map something one-to-one between all of them.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm very pleased that undo is there now. It's going to make using Falcon much more enjoyable.
Every day takes figuring out all over again how to f#ckin’ live.

I still have nightmares about the day I searched for but couldn't find undo/redo buttons in Falcon
Now I can happily dream about the day they appeared, instead

(Which is to say: thanks

Anyone having an issue where right click->add modulation->Midi Learn is instantly crashing the new version of Falcon? Just kills the whole DAW. Happens every time.

OK it’s probably the time of day, I’m on the west coast of the USA so after 11 at night most people are not downloading from UVI or PluginAlliance, but for me the opposite is true, UVI Portal took forever to download and install, PluginAlliance was quick, auto selected all myself paid for products and installed them all at once.aMUSEd wrote: Wed Feb 10, 2021 9:39 am Just thinking again how slick and functional UVI Portal is compared to a number of similar product installers from other companies (PluginAlliance's being the most useless)

Plugin Alliance plugins are just code hence it's faster.UVI are heavy sample based instruments for their products mostly.
Yesterday I got this last version of Falcon in 6 minutes (596Mo IIRC) from France. No fiber connection.
It was faster than usual BTW.

Regression introduced with undo/redo support. Sorry about that.Octave_Jumper wrote: Sun Feb 14, 2021 8:08 pm Anyone having an issue where right click->add modulation->Midi Learn is instantly crashing the new version of Falcon? Just kills the whole DAW. Happens every time.
Reaper, Windows 10.
This will be fixed in next version.
Thanks for the report

Sure, I just do not find PluginAlliance's portal to be bad at all. the fact it only installs what you actually own is depressingly unique in the business when you're talking about a single installer for all products.Cro-magnon wrote: Mon Feb 15, 2021 8:07 am Plugin Alliance plugins are just code hence it's faster.UVI are heavy sample based instruments for their products mostly.

A menu bug in the standalone version of Falcon v2.1.2. I can see the menu text only when I mouse over it.
It seems somewhat unstable.
eg) Intermittent crash when clicking 'Empty selected part' of Part functions.

Not sure I understand what you mean.AcidMoon wrote: Tue Feb 16, 2021 4:12 pm A menu bug in the standalone version of Falcon v2.1.2. I can see the menu text only when I mouse over it.
If you have some step to reproduce, please forward those.AcidMoon wrote: Tue Feb 16, 2021 4:12 pm It seems somewhat unstable.

You can't see the File and configuration menu items... you have to know they are there
Probably a Win10 thing.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer

I have the same. Standalone version the menu where you set the audiodriver and the menu beside it are only visible when the mouse pointer is directly above it.
But I have to say that I am still on Win7 until in two weeks time.
