Murderous duck!

Is it correct that the parameters of the effects are (currently) not automated ?
Did a few (midi)recordings in Ableton Live, and the effects tweaking was gone.
I checked the automatable parameters (in Ableton's envelope section) and didn't find any of the effects settings back.

Some temp bug, design choice , will it change in the future ?

thx,
Joh

Very strange because in Bitwig i can automate any FX knobs.

Interesting!

I wonder how many months one should count to develop a new synth emulation?

I guess by now you have quite some code/modules you can re-use?

For me, yes. The other guys won't be involved in it as much.

A p5 you mentioned earlier? :hyper:
An Octave Cat.

A P5 is also on the table, but we haven't decided yet in exactly which way we'll go about it. I guess it depends on how much we can bring the CPU down and what it takes to make our ModMatrix work in a multicore scenario (those two things are currently mutually exclusive).
You mean this one?

Works for me in Ableton 9.7 standard on Windows 7.

Yes, but I like the Cat SRM II the least out of the bunch. It sounds a bit more Moogy than the others. The Cat SRM (without II) is probably the fattest sounding synthesizer I have heard. Begs to be modelled.

Actually its the first time ive heard of these, i suppose they arent hyped as the Moogs, Junos, Prophets, Oberheims and so on :)

Can't wait for that to happen :)

I suppose you own that one (without II)? :)
