Is it correct that the parameters of the effects are (currently) not automated ?
Did a few (midi)recordings in Ableton Live, and the effects tweaking was gone.
I checked the automatable parameters (in Ableton's envelope section) and didn't find any of the effects settings back.
Some temp bug, design choice , will it change in the future ?
thx,
Joh

I wonder how many months one should count to develop a new synth emulation?
I guess by now you have quite some code/modules you can re-use?

Surely I thought Zebra3 would be next.Urs wrote:If all goes well my dev team will do a feline synth emulation after this, and it'll feature a duophonic mode.Elektronisch wrote:Hmm some idea occured, if no polymode maybe paraphonic mode? or duophonic

For me, yes. The other guys won't be involved in it as much.zvenx wrote:Surely I thought Zebra3 would be next.Urs wrote:If all goes well my dev team will do a feline synth emulation after this, and it'll feature a duophonic mode.Elektronisch wrote:Hmm some idea occured, if no polymode maybe paraphonic mode? or duophonic

A P5 is also on the table, but we haven't decided yet in exactly which way we'll go about it. I guess it depends on how much we can bring the CPU down and what it takes to make our ModMatrix work in a multicore scenario (those two things are currently mutually exclusive).

Works for me in Ableton 9.7 standard on Windows 7.Andrey Marchenko wrote:Very strange because in Bitwig i can automate any FX knobs.JohJoh wrote:Is it correct that the parameters of the effects are (currently) not automated ?

Yes, but I like the Cat SRM II the least out of the bunch. It sounds a bit more Moogy than the others. The Cat SRM (without II) is probably the fattest sounding synthesizer I have heard. Begs to be modelled.Elektronisch wrote:You mean this one?
