My experiences : Bought Wavestate and Opsix.
1) Wavestate : Don't let you choose where to install. The plugin is installed and found by Reaper and Cubase. I will check this later.
2) Opsix: When not installed in the default folders Cubase did not find the plugin. Anyway OPSIX CONSTANTLY CRASHES IN REAPER AND CUBASE.(On Win 11) Choose a preset play some notes, activate the sequencer, play some notes - CRASHES BADLY. Maybe I should revert the version to a previous one. SHAME.

Oh, so it wasn't Studio One fault to crash when I tried to delete a track with OPsix in Windows 11 computer!! Of course it still with these glitches in animation of the waveforms!
In Mac OS, OPsix is working fine! It was M1 that kept crashing Live, but with the latest update, it's working fine now.
Korg needs to fix OPsix bugs in Windows. It's been ages now!

The constant bug reports for OPsix is why I only bought Wavestate.
Wavestate seems to work perfectly for me on Win 11

I think Opsix is my new favorite FM synthesis UI. Being able to see an oscilloscope of each waveform is great.

Its super obvious that Wavestate native was built by engineers that don't actually use their own software. No favoriting of presets, when you save a preset you don't get a dropdown list of Collections to save it to, if you want it to go into a certain Collection you have to TYPE THE NAME OF THAT COLLECTION IN. Hoping you don't typo!
When easy to fix, obvious things like this are overlooked, I shake my head.

I made my first sound set for the OPSIX. mainly focuses on note and motion sequencing. sounds great in hardware and even better stacked with multiple Native tracks in the DAW.

Just in time after BF
I will wait for a more acceptable pricetag. I have the Opsix and Wavestate, they are very good. But then again, almost 500 for those 3 this year is a bit too much without any reduction for owners of the other 2 natives and/or Korg Collection 4 which I upgraded a few weeks ago for another 100.
The other 2 are now 99, and this with introductory 149?

Well they just brought out the hardware version - Korg to be fair have had the hardware out for a few years already so having tapped that market now bring out the software, for Arturia to bring out a software only version at the same time as the hardware release could impact negatively on hardware sales, while making it tied to the hardware adds valueAtlatnesiti wrote: Thu Dec 08, 2022 11:44 am Bought Modwave in a heartbeat, simply brilliant

I'm thinking now of purchasing it! I like it a lot and I like the sound. It's near Icarus2 but still has another character. I don't know! My resistance is weakAtlatnesiti wrote: Thu Dec 08, 2022 11:44 am Bought Modwave in a heartbeat, simply brilliant
