The year of DIY is off to a...well, slow...start. This should help. I'm not trying to buy too much this year, but you have to crack some eggs and all of that.

That's a really good price. If I needed a couple of Go cases I'd get that instead.bluedad wrote: Sat Jul 05, 2025 11:49 am well f**king hell, Sweetwater put the Sys 55 on sale for $1199.00 That was a no brainer for me I'm afraid..
Wow... Considering that the Go-cases (of which I have two) alone are very nearly half that total price, that is a serious steal on the rest of that package. Lots of cool modules in there, and some room to expand. Good score!bluedad wrote: Sat Jul 05, 2025 11:49 am well f**king hell, Sweetwater put the Sys 55 on sale for $1199.00 That was a no brainer for me I'm afraid..
beautiful, I'm keeping my eye on that
Same price in £ and € at G4M and Andertons. Behringer seem to be dropping prices on a lot of stuff recently, by quite large amounts in some cases.bluedad wrote: Sat Jul 05, 2025 11:49 am well f**king hell, Sweetwater put the Sys 55 on sale for $1199.00 That was a no brainer for me I'm afraid..
That is lovely, but, I want the $59 (that's a guess, whatever) device that will be stuck onto my otherwise useless, because I don't have a reason to play it, Ibanez acoustic.foosnark wrote: Sun Jul 06, 2025 1:40 pm DaShtick Guitars makes a "hurdy-guitar" among a lot of other gorgeous instruments...
Success! I have a working Opsix again.elxsound wrote: Sun Jun 29, 2025 4:29 pm Just ordered a replacement OLED display for the Korg Opsix from Pixel Pro Audio. Price: $59.99.
I think these are exempt from tariffs, but decided buying from a US seller is likely the easiest option. Some of the ebay listings looked sketchy (using an image posted by a reddit user as their product photo).
Hopefully this will get the Opsix working again! I bought the software plugin version just in case I manage to break it.![]()

awesome!
And likely cheaper parts by you! It wasn't a difficult install, but only if you have x2 pry tools for knobs, fader caps and board connectors. Just 40 minutes and a relaxed/chill disposition (just for those 40 minutes).thecontrolcentre wrote: Sun Jul 06, 2025 7:56 pm
Sweet(good to know replacement parts are available if needed.)
