I somehow admire the consequent approach of letting the announcement of the new name for the product formerly known as epoch actually take an epoch, not to mention an actual and/or eventual release... (whichever comes first)

on the other hand, it somehow decreases the urge for me to continue saving on this right now. although I have to admit I that somehow I'm eager to see the release of "the product formally being named after my ingenious attempt to find a name for something that already had a name too generic to avoid coincidental confusion with another product that was probably named alike minutes before itself" - or tpfbnamiatfanfstahantgtaccwaptwpnambi for short. if the naming contest was still open, I would tend to throw that into discussion - royalty-free!

Looks like Bitwig will be first after all - they release Wednesday next week...

I wonder when the first cat pictures will show up here... <LOL>

Turns out Epoch was rather good a name after all, Aeon would fit nicely too...

Just kidding of course, still looking forward to it.

Still progressing nicely, but I do have to concede that, unless by some miracle the elves from "The Elves and the Shoemaker" have some great C++ skills, Bigwig do get to release first!
