Wow. Thank you everyone! For my money Photonic was the winner this month. His track blew me away. His sound design is inspiring. Z's production, mixing, and movement also could easily have taken it. I consider myself honored to be in such company.

I was pulling for 7angram this month: the piece was the most excellent to me among a lot of excellent entries... should have at least made the top 5, but very close at least.

This was my top 5 picks and where they finished

Meakaale - 9
Doctorbob - 34
7angram - 6
rdhvdberg - 19
JackKetch – 32 (DQ)

Had Jack not been DQ'd (can't imagine why unless he didn't vote) I am baffled as to how such a great track only finished 32nd. Makes me feel a lot better about my near bottom finish as obviously musical taste plays a bigger role than people want to admit because that track was a piece of art.

Stunned 7angram didn't make top 5. Stunned.

Doc's another one who simply doesn't make the kind of music people like. Another solid track that certainly should have been a lot higher than it was.

In short, I am 100% baffled at the results of this contest and should probably take that as a sign not to take my own finishes as a reflection on the actual "quality" of my music.

And that's all I'm going to say on the matter.
