Sold an AD plug-in to manducator, and the transaction went very smooth.manducator wrote:I bought Audio Damage Vapor from 'dsp music' and the purchase went very swift. 'dsp music' was very helpful and I would buy again from him without a doubt.
Best,
manducator
Thanks for your patience.

Bought Vintage Warmer from poshook. Everything's cool (with a little hiccup on PSP's side)
Would definitely do it again!

Hey SAW75,
I had no idea you wanted the license transferred to someone other than yourself. Just let me know who I should have sent it to, or go ahead and tell Paul from IK support. (I tried PMing you but you have me blocked.)
Also, I can't control the fact that IK didn't reset the authorizations automatically, but I know that it's something they do for free and shouldn't be too hard to clear up. I will do all I can to assist.
In the meantime, can you unblock me from PMs?

IK Multimedia sorted out the mess. I give them a lot of credit for their speedy support on this.JasonSpatola wrote:Hey SAW75,

SAW75,
All I can say is that I'm gutted to think that for any period of time you thought I was trying to defraud you/otherwise not deliver what you paid for.
I'm glad it's sorted.

This was an odd sale I'm sure you will agree considering IK has a simple automated system for transfers. I don't know how things got screwed up, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and did leave me concerned overnight and for hours today.JasonSpatola wrote:SAW75,

As a seller, I would have had that de-registered serial to you directly by any means neccessary. I have done so in the past. I don't know how your plugs and your authorizations ended up on my account when I never even offered my account info. You should have been clear with IK that you needed a de-registered serial and the ability for the new user to download the product you were selling, as stated in the sales thread. Instead, there was confusion about you supplying discs and they just manually added your serials to my account. I had to sort this out with them. They were kind about it, but that wasn't my job as a buyer.
You never tried to defraud me, but this was a pain in the ass for no reason. Simple as that.
I have deleted my original feedback because you clearly did not intend for things to go badly. I hope in the future you will try to communicate better with the developer and buyer during a sale.

Yes, definitely. Though you may see how I may have been confused by the the arc of our conversation:SAW75 wrote:I hope in the future you will try to communicate better with the developer and buyer during a sale.
"I will take them"
"They are yours/I'll initiate transfer when payment is received"
"Payment sent"
It didn't scream "he's not getting these for himself!" to me, but I take responsibility for not asking.
Truly hope all is well.
Hopefully 17 is just my unlucky number and transaction 18 (and beyond) will go as smoothly as the first 16.
Thanks to Peter and Brian and Paul and all the other IK staff.
Cheers.
Cheers?

Bought Nucleus Soundlab Viral Outbreak from fermin. Pleasant to deal with and kept me updated through the transfer process.
