EDIT: Also I want to increase the number of preset categories! Will probably make the list a multicolumn list. We need more categories such as Wavetable, ModWheel, etc...

I'm not getting any, so it averages out.

Of course part of the problem may be that I'm still using this in demo mode, having found no way to enter the auth code from v1.x.

(Or is there a different method I'm supposed to be using? I've sent email to 'synthmasterbeta@kvr331audio.com' at least twice, with no response.)

BTW, I'm posting the following message here as well:

Since our "official" release date is approaching, we need additional content to show off the power of SynthMaster 2.0. So far, we have reached 300 presets and next week we're starting the song writing contest. So as for presets and demo songs we're in good shape. However, we dont have any videos/screencasts on SynthMaster 2.0 yet, and initially we need 60 minutes of instructional videos on SynthMaster.

I'm sure that are many of you who know how to record screencasts and prepare instructional/show off videos for software products. Anyone interested?

As I wrote on the subject line, this is a paid job, so you are expected to have experience recording screencasts/videos, and also you are expected to know SynthMaster 2.0. Just PM me on this topic if you qualify and interested and tell me your rate. Keep in mind that for the initial work you'll be producing 60 minutes of video tutorials... Hopefuly in time we'll add more...

The last build I tried was totally broken for me. I couldn't get most of the presets to work at all and a few would crash Live 8. I'm running it on Vista 64. I tried deleting my entire folder and reinstalling it and then I couldn't seem to find a serial number to get it to work. I basically just gave up and I think I'll wait for the final release but it's a bit weird to have giant bugs like this so close to a release.

I browsed through at least 50 preset using Live 8.0.1 Demo with Build 22 and I couldn't reproduce any issues.

When you copy the files of the new version take care not to delete the file with the serial number ("SynthMasterLicenceKey.txt"). You should have a copy of that somewhere, for sure in the first email you got for the beta version. If not you just ask Bulent for a new file.
