Ministry has so totally peaked way ago.
Beastie Boys does not have the same geist as they used to, they used to bend edges, experiment within reason, creating new stuff. Now they have a few good songs an album, but its the old stuff that rocks the hardes!

Dionne Warwick has also gone downhill since the Bacharach&David days. Actually.herodotus wrote:

Anyway, mentioning artists that got their debut in the sixties is a bit pointless, isn't it? Could start a new thread (presumably a short one) of artists who have been going on for 30+ years and are as good or better than in their early years.
Oh, and Spiritualized... yes, yes, how sad.

Mercury Rev after Dave Baker left. So pretty much See You on the Other Side onwards. Although Deserter's Songs was somewhat a return to form, it misses the chaos and majesty that marked their first two albums. And well, the albums after that just got exponentially worse.

You referring to that dodgy 80s kids-in-make-up-and-sexy clothes-doing-pop-star-impersonations show? The Minipops
i always preferred the show Kiddie Stare (Chris Morris fans will know what i'm on about).

To my ears, it sounds like RUSH has been phoning it in on everything after Presto.

Sorry, you're all a bunch of negative bastards. All of the people who you all claim are past their primes have already done much more than you will ever do.
It just pisses me off with the Ministry/Skinny Puppy bitching....both of whose last albums are excellent.
I've been to the music cafe...someone will put a kickass track and it will either get no replies or someone will say it's f**king cliche or something. Yet someone puts a f**king 25 minute drone and call it an ambient track and it's called a f**king beautiful piece of art. I'm supposed to trust your opinions about anything? I didn't ask for your opinion and I am glad...
kvr is past it's prime in my internet browsing...see you all in hell.
