yes, you are absolutely right - both share a similar hierarchical mixer (in Reaper it's not a neccessity though), but Reaper is in addititon to this modular - any track can be routed to any track - it's the most powerdul mixer I ever saw and still it's really simple and clean. :shock:

Other nice features are the ability to group clips, SX-/Samplitude-style gain-/fade-handles, a visual indication of mute-/solo-states in both the mixer and the timeline, the ability to specify an individual external editor for every specific supported file-type, etc. :-D 8)

hello everyone :)! im a new here and id like to ask about rubberduck as i saw it mentioned here, so please excuse me for this little offtopic - can i use rubberduck on pc with amd cpu or is it going to work only with intel? if it can run on amd - are there any problems encountered with some of amd cpus or it will run smoothly on every machine?
