What, because you've memorised the original 2007 one or something?
If all you had was the changes, you'd have no context for what was changed
Wait, I need to update that last line, here's my changes:

The reFX EULA reads as follows: “You are authorized to use the Licenced Materials only for personal use.”
Does this mean that you are forbidden to create music using Nexus so that others can listen to it? Does this mean that you are allowed to create music using Nexus so that you can listen to it yourself alone?

No wonder people wanna get rid of their copy. Except that they can't.
Blimey... Any one ever bothered getting this permission?2. Software Licence, SamplePack Licence, Rights and Restrictions
[...]
2. Under the Licence you may not and shall not, without Our express written authorization:
[...]
10. use vocals or melody-loops from the Licensed Materials commercially.

Where in the current EULA does it say they forbid license transfer?
Tangentially related: the EULA refers to needing to go online every 30 days but according to their dev who is active on KVR this is actually no longer the case.

Paragraph 2.2 in the link I gave:
> Under the Licence you may not and shall not, without Our express written authorization:
> 1.own title, or transfer title to the Licenced Materials to another party;
> 2. transfer the Licence;
Since it's the first thing they state, they seem to find this important.
