9 years ago already it was pointed out ! The thread survived about a year because Wok had made some sort of VST inspired by this...

Funny, seeing this thread come up after 9 years.....
As for the question, any modern DAW should be able to record the MIDI output of a VST. I recommend Reaper. And RTFM.
