We haven't plans to make v1 freeware. V1 is still deadly useful, and I think we're not expensive for the benefit we're offering. And free updates :)

About colours: Everything is customizable in Nora 2. User can design its own mods/skins. This is a quick example what I did in a couple of min:

For the next patches, Nora will include two aditional mods. One of them designed by me, and another one by an hired professional skin designer with an excellent taste for skins (http://satyatunes.com).

Anyway, you will be able to test it in few hours. We're typing the newsletter and uploading the installers to the server.

I like the look of Nora, and I don't think V1 should be made freeware, maybe they can reduce it to half the price of Nora 2, and you get a discount if you buy Nora 2 later.
Can't wait to buy this!!!

Wow just tried this out, wasn't expecting much (there are other arpeggiators) but I love the simplicity concept - something I'd always sort of hoped for but have been "putting up" with the complexity of the others - that complexity is nice occasionally but mainly just trying to make different patterns quickly. Consider me a convert and also waiting on v2.0 now...

Post

yeah there is no need for freeware on this. for what it does it is reasonably priced. i have paid more than this for much less capable arpeggiators in the past.

i am waiting for this! ready! :hyper:

Okay, I haven't noticed this yet. That's great :)
I'll check out the v2 demo when it's out.

L&G,

Yep, just installed. :)
Thank you SquaredHeads.

Now, first question: Is there a manual ? (it didn't install one here afaics)

Post

Looks like the website saying an introductory price of 42 euros and 49 final price. Little savings helps! Buying now can't wait to try it.

Wow, it is a whole new Nora-experience. The Randomizer is awesome and so are the pattern editor* and the playlist. To me it's the tool of the year. Outstanding.

*If you happen to hear nothing at first check the input channel in the pattern editor (bottom). There you can change it or even set multiple Nora tracks to the same input channel... incredible!
