Now that Microsoft has started carrying Windows on USB Thumbdrives, It will be interesting to see who else starts selling their software on this medium. Native Instruments seems like a prime choice. At the very least, please switch over to Bluray disks.

That would be great...

It's a really good reverb and having it tied to Guitar Rig is like having a horse with 3 legs

I think that Kontakt 6 will arrive with a full screen GUI...

And not before time too....

Cripes, you can go back an find many of us asking for that YEARS ago. Would be nice if it happened but for me that ship sailed a long time ago.

I think the smart money is on Reaktor 6 now. Question is will it be an October release or March?

I'm gonna go with Octoberish for Reaktor 6 and / or Kontakt 6, March for Komplete.

My feeling is we'll only see one of those two in this Komplete. The release date is kinda irrelevant to me (and probably many others) since I won't be upgrading till next Summer of Sound, it will be a good indication of whether the 18 month cycle is gonna be permanent though.

If ever you're right, i hope it will be kontakt, as i won't update my ku9 before kontakt 6 is out, and i would like to take advantage of all the new libraries. Don't really care about reaktor, v5 is fine for me... But i'm bored with the library management in kontakt. Tabs hugely needed, imo.

Still on Komplete 6 here which works nicely with my Kore 2 setup.
I wish NI had a bundle containing only the latest versions of Kontakt / Reaktor / Absynth / Battery / FM8 / Massive & Guitar Rig. I'm not interested in the rest.
If there are no new versions besides Reaktor in K11, I'll just upgrade to Reaktor 6.

I think September counts as the "ish" in Octoberish, so yay with my guess so far. Kontakt 6 now... what do we think? Yes or no?

Still think March feels right for Komplete.
