I don't have any non-alphanumeric characters in my password and the password reset feature is broken. Waiting for reply from support.

I agree with the comment above that this is probably a widespread issue not just a couple of isolated cases. Frustrating....

If you can log in with your existing password you can change it in market place account settings, though I guess not?

Definitely NOT. That's the problem... can't login and can't change the password. Nothing but red messages saying "the force is not with you... and...you can't use these droids you paid for".

I got through the password reset logjam, but no email has been sent.

Bummer. I had the same earlier but got through after a few minutes. You could try accessing from a proxy (i.e. https://hide.me/en/proxy) in case there's an IP element to the rejection, though if its done by email it probably won't help.

Given the force is not with you maybe prayer is the answer.

I've spent a couple of hours trying this off and on all day. I'm going to do an experiment with T7 and try to score a video with it.

It sure as Hell won't open the MP4 original, it just silently says "no movie open".

Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus 2017 opens it just fine, so I'm exporting as an AVI.

Much, much rethinking here.

So it doesn't remember what T7 has previously scanned?

No it remembers. But if viewing by disk location, all my plugins had full file paths in the plugin menu which is difficult to read. A rescan resolved that, now I only see the parent folders of the plugins (I use a tool to organise plugin proxies so I have a consistent view across all daws by plugin folder).
