Not sure what you even mean by that-? It's a sample player.
I don't know if it's the best, but it doesn't matter because it is by far the one which has the most VIs/libraries built which require its use, including some great free ones, which is why I bought it. The thing itself IMO sucks (part of that being that NI sucks), but you pick your battles.
