In feedback loops bad things can happen, especially if dc is involved (you don’t hear the overload, just a knack when it reaches the limit).
A simple dc block (hi pass with a very low frequency) in the feedback chain can do wonders…

i already have dcblock in feedback path, for each delay lines in FDN. i think issue not in HPF. I experimented with mixing matrix in Omega and it's a bit different other than in Sigma and probably not so stable
