A couple of people have mentioned this...surely workflow depends on your application or host program...not the box of tricks running it ?
In that respect OS X would slow me down if I used ridiculous things like the Dock. Hah. Cool demo, lousy product. On the other hand, with LaunchBar I'm much faster than I ever was on OS 9. Just hit Command-Space, type "Word" and it offers me any program or document that could possibly mean "Word". After I tell it once that I mean "MS word", that will next time be top of the list.
This is brilliant. You almost access programs, document, bookmarks, email address, just by thinking about them.
