For people who only use one continually reprogrammed patch, and always use the same song in the same VST host that is always left running, and never turn their computer off or reboot, and are themselves immortal, do we have to buy more RAM ?

It currently only covers actions based on mouse dragging though (knobs, menus). I have yet to add actions based on MouseWheel. Also, host automation will not be covered by undo at all...

I guess Urs dont want to touch the arpeggiator section at this time. A feature I have thought about sometimes is going through the "steps" with a note on/note off function. So everytime you struck a key and release you go through one step. It could be a nice addition to note hold when you want to modulate.

Yeah, I'm slowly developing concepts for the arpeggiator in non-arp use. One could be a free running thing, another one could be that step-by-step thing you mention.

I think I've also found a way to make Arp Presets (finally!).

But these things will certainly have to wait till V2.6. I really only want to finish final additions, fix some bugs now and then bring it out as soon as possible.
