I'm really interested in the OSC gui. I remember you talking about some clever way to make the GUI more integrated. With all the respect and admiration, I think Serum stole the spotlight for the most versatile waveform editor at the moment. Especially it's ability to reach and edit really high harmonics of the waveform. (Especially with that fixed-noise-adding tool.) Is something in that manner planned too? (Ignore me if asking too much questions.

Fair enough. Can't wait, modal synthesis is a really cool thing.

polyphonic lfos are my preferenceCinebient wrote:I would be happy with endless LFO's. Most synths have way to less for me. (I only find a little iPad synth which can do this).
Another question... after all the time is this still sure that i get Zebra 3 for free (if it ever comeswhen i buy Zebra 2 and the Dark Zebra?

Also all lfos should sync against gate (in different modes) regardless of their nature.jackmazzotti wrote: polyphonic lfos are my preference
In addition to XY controllers it would be nice to have several "Macro" buttons.
Each button should could contain set of params for current synthesys scheme. For example: playing brass patch and have few buttons for different articulation: one very short and attacky and one long and mellow etc.
Novation Ultra/Mini Novas have similar settings and they are very useful esp in live scenarios.

I was thinking...because Zebra 3:
1) Will not be compatible with Zebra 2 sounds
2) Will not include a Zebrify 3 component.
3) Will not include a Zebralette 3 model.
...Why not just turn Zebra 3 into a new synth? It sounds like aside from the name, it's going to be radically different, anyway.

This is something I've thought of as well. Why should the concept of " key-switching" be limited to samplers? Whether the sounds are imitations of traditional instruments, or "fantasy" instruments that don't exist, there's a case to be made for quick access to variations not only for performance-based variations but also for textural variation - i.e.: accessing. idiosyncratic variations distinguishing one version of the same instrument from another (no two trumpets sound exactly alike; neither do two "Blorundums"....david.beholder wrote:In addition to XY controllers it would be nice to have several "Macro" buttons.
