I quite like the sound of Serum (it eats CPU cycles like crazy, though, especially the sequences), and the GUI is stunning! I probably can't get before the intro offer is over, since the budget this month only allowed for Serum or Bazille, and the latter was a little cheaper. Are there plans to make the GUI resizable? (Just a few different sizes to choose from.) Is Linux support on the horizon at all?

Cheers, some CPU savings are on the horizon, but I don't like making promises. Especially if you aren't buying this month then you'll be able to re-evaluate that (and hopefully everyone else can more in the near term, I plan a 1.01 release in the near future).I quite like the sound of Serum (it eats CPU cycles like crazy, though, especially the sequences), and the GUI is stunning!
I'm not willing to make promises there because that wouldn't be right, I will say it's on the requests list. Are there plans to make the GUI resizable? (Just a few different sizes to choose from.)
unfortunately Linux support is very unlikely, I won't say 'never' but not this year, or next year..Is Linux support on the horizon at all?
Warm Regards,
Steve

I have heard some say Serum cannot do warm synth pads.
Well hold on now, Wilbur....
Not only can it do warm, analog pads, it can also do it with finesse.
Great Synth!

Its funny to say this synth can't do something! It can do pretty much anything, it only depends on what u put in those wavetable oscillators right?PatchAdamz wrote:I have heard some say Serum cannot do warm synth pads.

That's very fair, thanks Steve! It's really a superb synth, and I definitely dig its sound (love all the demos people are posting), so I may come up with the money before the end of the month. From what I can tell, you're not doing sales often, or at all, so the intro price is probably as inexpensive as it'll ever get.bitcrusher wrote: I'm not willing to make promises there because that wouldn't be right, I will say it's on the requests list.

It can do a great deal due to the wavetables, filters, etc.Buka wrote:Its funny to say this synth can't do something! It can do pretty much anything, it only depends on what u put in those wavetable oscillators right?PatchAdamz wrote:I have heard some say Serum cannot do warm synth pads.

cheers!
No synth can do every thing BUT Serum can do a broad range of tricks.

Question:
Why isn't the graph of the Warp->Remap copied with the oscillator when choosing copy A->B - feature or bug? I would prefer if the remap graph would be copied with the osc.

Oversight. You can save the graph shape and reload it, of course. I'll add that in the next beta! Why isn't the graph of the Warp->Remap copied with the oscillator when choosing copy A->B - feature or bug? I would prefer if the remap graph would be copied with the osc.

@Steve
Btw. there is a automation bug.. sometimes the automation is not working if eg. the filter knob is manually moved and has a modulator attached. It looks a bit like a parameter out of range thingy. I have the actual Beta running.
