I'd be happy to have Mod Slots 3 & 4

Regarding a second LFO, I would first like the existing LFO to be able to be per voice.

I like the simplicity level of the GUI as is (Tweaks Page is already enough tabbing) and would be hesitant to add multiple extra tabs, so as of now, I vote no for a second LFO...

I don't know why but the modulation usually controlled by the modwheel seems to always be at 100% even when the modwheel on the screen is at 0... I'm probably the problem but posting it just in case...

The modwheel on the screen...is the red triangle next to it set at max? That red triangle sets the minimum modwheel value so if you have it set at 100%, the minimum mod setting will be 100%.
That was the problem! Used the Howard Scarr init program and didn't notice that the red triangle was at 100%... Thanks for the help!

If it does get a second LFO or anything else, I think it should stay under the Tweaks tab anyway, as it would be a mod of the original synth ;)

Bug report.

REAPER
3 instances of R5 on one track.
Playing a MIDI loop with 1 long sustained note (having fun with recreating Tom Sawyer sweep).
2 intances are doing the sweep, each 4 voices unison.
3rd instance does the Taurus bass.

A very unusual thing happens when i enable and disable the 3rd instance while looping the single MIDI note - envelopes on first 2 instances reset, which of course result in the sweep never going all the way down.
As if the 3 instances are somehow magically connected.

I wonder if anyone here can reproduce it - i can upload the project if not.

OK, now i tried if another plugin will cause it too and it looks like not, but another plugin will reset its envelopes too when i enable and disable R5 on the same track, so most probably R5 sends some MIDI data it should not.
[====[\\\\\\\\]>------,

Ay caramba !

Glad that helped!

Wanna give it another read through and see where you went wrong?

Hint - It's in capital letters and right after the words bug report. :hihi:

When is an emulation of a vintage hardware synth still a respectful adaption and when does it turn into a cartoon? In my subjective view we went pretty much as far as we could.

Hey Guys, I hate all of the self promotion nonsense, and I am working on the horror hotel project, I replaced my synths with Repro 5 and 1, and HOLY SHIT. it turned out great for a rough draft. Please let me know how this sucks, I have about a month to get it right... and so far so good. :D

This is the contest: http://www.horrorhotel.net/film-scoring ... ition.html

Bueno! :D

Can you send over the Reaper-Project? I'll PM you a mail address.

Absolutely stunning, but my gawd it's a CPU monster! Some patches max out my 4790K running as an Ensemble slave with 8 voices :o

With multicore turned on? I'd be curious what patches that you're running. I have a 3930K and without multicore some patches cause glitching in VEP, but with multicore turned on it sits rather comfortably.

Here you go:
https://app.box.com/s/oh8rwxvs0zviq5jjknoq6q3ixeu72d22
Stripped the project of everything irrelevant to the report.
Just hit the play button and keep shift+leftclicking on the 3rd R5 instance on the bottom.

Right click in the patch name display, it is there.
Hihi, created my own init patch yesterday as I didn't find it... :D
Anyway, my patch is 98% identical to the uhe factory init.
The init puts sonic-conditioner 2nd in the chain.

Wouldn't it make sense to keep the sequence as the pics indicate?

1) velvet
2) bird
3) req
4) drench
5) sonic
